Return Policy
This Return Policy explains how you can return Olivra products purchased from Xunrovarkhak and how refunds are calculated. Consumer rights under EU and Swedish law remain fully applicable where they cannot be limited by contract.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the goods.
Exceptions for sealed goods
Food supplements that have been unsealed after delivery may not be eligible for withdrawal on hygiene and health protection grounds, in line with applicable exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return.
Defective or damaged items
If a product arrives damaged or deviates materially from what you ordered, contact us promptly with a description and, where reasonable, photographs. We will propose repair, replacement, or refund according to statutory rules.
